Culmination brewing

This was the original Goose Hollow pub location for Portland-based Culmination Brewing.  The project was an adaptive reuse of an old masonry warehouse. The original brick walls at the interior were to be left exposed and the brewery and bottling process made visible from the tasting room.  The upper level was to be resided in salvaged wood reminiscent of old wooden kegs, and hop vines planted to soften the surrounding the site.  Unfortunately, required seismic and egress issues proved too expensive for this startup, so we helped get them moved into the Bindery Annex Building on the Eastside where they are thriving.  We still hope to get this Westside location up and running soon!
